A focused Flow & Fidelity pilot Shaped through school feedback

01 / THE DAILY WORKFLOW

Make the next action
easier to find.

For small departments, coordination is shared work. The pilot works through Microsoft 365 tools, with people making the decisions. It is a configured workflow, not a separate app or a replacement for Microsoft’s interfaces.

01

Start with the view

Use the Excel-based Command Center v4 to review approaching deadlines and progress data gaps in one place. Agree on what needs attention.

02

Review the morning digest

Use the working morning digest in Outlook as a prompt to open the relevant items, verify context, and choose the day’s priorities.

03

Shape the follow-through

A Forms completion check-in and an afternoon follow-up flow are being developed. Pilot feedback will refine how they fit the team’s routine.

02 / A 90-DAY WORKING PILOT

Start focused.
Refine with your team.

This is a pilot, refined through school feedback. The pilot process gives your team time to try the workflow and help shape what comes next.

PHASE 1 · DAYS 1–30

Map & set up

Review the coordination routine, agree on a focused starting scope, and set up the Command Center in your Microsoft environment.

PHASE 2 · DAYS 31–60

Use & listen

Try the existing Command Center and morning digest in the workday. Bring practical questions and friction points to the monthly support hour.

PHASE 3 · DAYS 61–90

Refine & review

Use school feedback to refine the workflow, review the pieces in development, and discuss whether a next phase makes sense.

03 / TRANSPARENT SCOPE

A small-team pilot.
A clear starting point.

Three founding-school pilot places for departments of roughly three to five people. Start with a conversation about your workflow and Microsoft environment.

Pilot inquiries begin with a conversation. There is no checkout or binding signup on this page.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

Is the whole workflow already operational?

Command Center v4 and the morning digest work. The new Forms completion check-in and afternoon follow-up flow are still being developed. We’ll discuss the agreed scope and development status before a pilot begins.

Do we need new Microsoft licenses?

Microsoft licensing is separate from pilot pricing. We review your school’s Microsoft 365 environment, permissions and licensing before agreeing to a setup; compatibility is not guaranteed for every environment. Flow & Fidelity is not endorsed by or partnered with Microsoft.

Will this replace our official systems?

No. This is operational support. Official records, professional judgment, and school-approved systems remain essential. The illustration on this page contains only synthetic demo information.

What happens after 90 days?

We review the pilot and feedback together. Any continuation, scope, or pricing would be discussed separately. This page does not enroll your school or commit you to a next phase.
